40 quarts. I figure that is almost enough applesauce to eat one quart a week, which shouldn't be too hard with two little boys.

I ended up putting the last half bushel in a box, making a huge FREE sign and taking it up to the camp office. Someone should snatch those up soon. And I don't have to can them.

Next up is apricots. Somehow, maybe jam, maybe can some. Maybe both? And of course the orchard would call and let me know that the peaches I ordered are ready to be picked up on Friday. But it's a good thing to do, and I do enjoy the whole process. But it does make for long days.
