good work, friend. i thought of you yesterday. mike came home with a HUGE basket of stuff from the garden and i thought.. how on earth am i going to find time to do this? then i heard your words.... never turn down food... ever.. even when you don't know how you'll find the time. that's today's project. :)
After a similar experience last fall, I got applesauced out and ended up making applebutter in the crockpot with the remainder. That was yummy, too, very easy, and we gave it away for Christmas presents. . .
I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them.
All photos are my originals unless otherwise noted. Please don't take them without permission. That just isn't nice. Shoot me an email if there is something you would like to use. Thanks!
Giiirrrlll...Don't know how you do it. Seriously.

ReplyDeleteJust an idea.
Oh I will be feeling ya! I always look forward to canning and then in the thick of it I think "WHY???"
ReplyDelete:o)
I am thankful that I have a big freezer I can put my applesauce in, much easier than canning! (And cooler)
ReplyDeleteTeacherMommmy, I don't know how you do it, teaching full time and having the kidlets! You are a stronger woman than I!
ReplyDeleteKatrina I thought of that, but the way the boys go through the applesauce we are going to need it all!
