A Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. You will find him wrapped in cloth and lying in a manger, The King of the Jews. He was despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows, and familiar with suffering. He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities and the punishment that brought us peace was upon him and by his wounds we are healed.
Glory to God in the Highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests, For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
A tree with nothing but lights. A reminder of an ugly tree, with nothing but the Light of the World, dying for the people He loves.
