- This weekend, friends from college were here to help at camp. Dan and Sarah are raising support to be on staff here full time! I really hope they will get here before we leave for Honduras! This weekend they stayed in the apartment below us and it was just like old times! Sarah and I lived down the hall from each other when we were at Spring Arbor.
- Yesterday, after we were done in camp, we hit the road for Traverse City. Noah's parents watched the boys and we were able to go out to dinner with Noah's oldest brother and his wife. We also had some shopping to do (we needed to update our summer wardrobe) and it was so fun to be able to do that without worrying about naps and little people meals and bedtimes and sippy cups and snack cups and books and binkies.
- We were shopping for summer clothes in January because we fly to Miami exactly one week from today! It's not for vacation, in case you forgot. It's for our interview and orientation with LAM.
- Today, my mother in law is taking me yarn shopping at some specialty shops here in Traverse. And since this is a Subaru, Birkenstock, crunchy granola kinda town, there should be some interesting yarn, ummm, I mean fiber to look at and touch and enjoy!
