An Uncollection

  • Today is laundry day.  That means I don't have time for much else than washing, drying, folding and putting away piles of laundry.
  • It's now less than two weeks until our trip to Miami for our interview and orientation with LAM!
  • My heart is heavy with the thought of leaving the boys for that long!
  • I have no idea what to fix for supper.  HELP!
  • I have a lot more that I want to write about, but today is laundry day.
  • Check out the new newsletter.  Don't know where to find it?  Look at the menu bar at the top of the screen right under the banner.  Click on it...it will take you somewhere new!
  • While you're at it, did you know if you clicked on the other words up there, they would also take you someplace new?
  • And how about the photo of the blockhouse?  Yep, that takes you to a fun place as well.
  • I need to update the photos on the sidebar.  Something about the blockhouse in summer doesn't seem quite right in the middle of January!
  • Ok, that's all for now.  Back to the folding.

  1. I put ribs in the crockpot. I prefer the ones with the bone in them, but these will do. They sure smell good.

I will pray for you. I would have a terrible time leaving my kids, too.

  2. Thanks Kara! I know it's what we are suppose to do, but 10 days is sooooo long! And we have never left Elliot and Forrest just overnight! It's going to be a long 10 days!

  3. We are having spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, and peas from our summer garden for dinner. Spaghetti is always easy, so we have it on hand.

I think the blockhouse looks great in summer or in winter. Personally, the picture right now reminds me of warm days with my CILTS by my side :o)
