The Bountiful Harvest


I am just about sick of it, if you want the honest truth. Tomatoes to can tomorrow. Who's bight idea was this anyway?

    Ha ha! I'll be doing my tomatoes tomorrow, too!
    I'm putting mine in the freezer, though. I have lots of room in there.

    I need step-by-step instructions on how to can tomatoes...if you get a second, could you help me? I am just fine at hot-water-bath canning (like applesauce), but the REAL canning of tomatoes...I"m lost.
