Bits and Pieces

This weekend, my mom came up to see us, and to get my brother after his week of volunteering. The boys had a great time playing with Uncle Joe and roads.




After my mom and brother took off for home, the boys and I hit the road as well. However, this was a bit more local. First we dropped off some books for the Used Book Sale at the Northern Michigan Relief Sale that is coming up. Then we hit the local green house and got a great plant for a friend who's whole family is puking.




Since we were in town just about a half hour before the Farmer's Market opened, we killed some time by laying on the lawn of the school, looking at the clouds and trees and reading books.




There wasn't a whole lot at the market today, but we did get some beets, which Elliot promptly tried to eat. Have I mentioned he wants to eat every thing? Including plastic nails, oak leaves and and sticks? Yeah, pulled all of those out of his mouth today. Sigh.
