The Kamper Update
11.09

Forrest told someone the other day, "My Daddy is coming to the United States of America." Noah is Home! He flew in to Detroit on Monday around 9 pm and we are all now back at home in the North Woods.

It was a good week. Thank you to all who prayed for safe travels, wisdom, good days for the boys and Liz. While it was a challenging week on the home front, it was much better than it could have been! Liz and boys were even able to head downstate for a few days thanks to the kindness of a neighbor lending a vehicle.

Noah’s trip was productive. He was able to see Manantial de Vida, get a feel for the work, the country, the people. He met some of the Honduran staff at the camp, the pastor of the church that owns camp, and other key people. He was able to have good conversations with Wes (the director) about what life would look like for us. He was even able to do some studying for his seminary class!
Now that Noah is home, there is a lot to think, talk, and pray about. As you think of us, please continue to pray for wisdom and discernment. We are facing some big decisions and very much want to do what God wants.

The next step for us will be to attend LAM’s Orientation in January. This will be 10 days of interviews, training, and preparing for where God would sent us. We are trusting God will provide the $3500 for this trip.
Thank you again for all your prayers, emails, and phone calls this last week! We are all in this work together and we can’t do it without you!
Because of Him,

Noah, Liz, Forrest and Elliot
